Figureworks is a juried art prize and celebration of the art of the human form.

We are a Canadian, volunteer-run, not-for-profit organization. Our mission is to cultivate and exhibit art of the human form, to bring together a community of artists, and to celebrate their art through the Figureworks prize.

The piece described by the jury; "the technical brilliance of this composition is at once classical and contemporary. The materials used are a testament of the precarious state of our environment at this time, and foretells the dire consequences of our consumption habits."
